It is very important that you let us know the reason for your child’s absence from school.  Please make contact with the school to explain absences promptly.  If there is no notification the school will make contact to determine the student’s whereabouts.  A doctor’s certificate may also be requested to verify an absence.  The Department of Education is required to follow up frequent absenteeism so you will receive a letter after 5, 10 & 15 days of unexplained absences.


Parents/students are required to sign the late arrival/early departure registers in the office if students are to be out of the school grounds during school hours.


Please inform the office of any changes to contact details so current information is available in case of sickness or accident.
